SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

BEFORE YOU VISIT:

  • We do charge an extra 3% credit card fee. So if you want the very lowest price we can give, cash is king (but checks are okay too)!
  • Have a (VERY!) good idea of how much flooring you need and buy it all at once. Have each floor of each room measured separately. Saying things like “Well our living room is about the size of your lobby” is not helpful!
  • Get everything you need and more. Almost everything in our store is in limited supply and we are very particular about our restocking process. So what you get today might not be here just a couple of weeks later!
  • Make sure to get extra boxes for where you have to make your cuts and maybe buy a few extras just in case something every happens to your floor. It would be a shame for you to ruin one board and have nothing to replace it with!
